Arrived for a chest X-ray at 8 amShowed the receptionist my X-ray form. Told that the X-ray department didn’t open till 9 am, no problem. Hung around for an hour. Went back to same receptionist to be told that the X-ray machine broke a few days before so I would need to go to another centre for the X-ray!!!

Let me know as soon as I reported to reception that the X-ray machine was broken
